The Construction Authority is a retail build out specialist. We understand
how critical time is when trying to start a new business and generate
revenue. We focus on meeting your tight deadline, closely monitor
and control quality, details, and budget restrictions.
We take pride in keeping our jobsites clean to ensure efficiency and
safety. Commercial clients in any region understand the importance
of an orderly work environment. By keeping our job sites organized
and free of unnecessary debris, we help to ensure the safety of our
staff, clients, and other site guests. All personnel must also follow
all OSHA guidelines or will be escorted off site immediately. A clean
work place also helps to identify issues where debris would otherwise
obstruct the view.

Pre-design Conference
- Meet with the client, and discuss space availability, remodeling
needs, budget constraints, and overall design ideas
Estimation - Draft up
a proposal, including cost of plans, permitting, and construction
costs. This will also included a detailed list of specifications
and allowances.
Drafting - Once a down
payment is received, we will initiate the drawings of mutually
agreed upon plans and budget.
Pre-construction meeting
- We will then go to contract with specific details of specifications
and cost for the work to be completed. It will also include the
payment schedule for various milestones reached. The time schedule
and any additional questions will be answered at this time.
Construction - Commencement
of construction according to the approved set of plans, maintaining
constant contact with the client.
Walk Through - Once
the project is complete, an inspection is performed with the client
to ensure their satisfaction. Any concerns will be resolved, usually
within 48 hours.
Warranty - Once the
client has signed final approval of completion, we guarantee our
work for one full year. Should the client have any issues, we
will correct the problem with no cost to the client.
