and make it simple to understand.

to the average consumer. The use of Tech Shield radiant barriers,
foam insulation, Energy Star rated double glazed low E windows,
Energy Star rated split A/C system, Solar powered roof fans, stud
cavity insulation, and Tyvek house wrap to name a few.

Regulatory Review - confirm that all agency
and zoning issues affecting building and zoning are acceptable
or addressed appropriately
Preliminary Design - meeting to design or modify
existing plans to identify exactly what the client is looking
for
Cost Analysis - provide an accurate budget
of each design to be considered. This will include all specifications
and allowances in writing for the client to review
Value Engineering - Post bid review of construction
costs and design to identify opportunities to save money without
reducing quality or functionality.
Confirmation of Cost and Design - This is the
final completion of the preliminary stages of the design-build
approach and approval from the client to commence production
Construction and Engineering Plans - Plans
are drawn up, put forward to engineering for approval.
Permitting - Submit plans to county for approval,
tracking the building permit, and all other agency permits and
approvals
Subcontractor Initiation - All trades are scheduled
out with the vendors on the preferred vendor list.
Project Construction - Actual commencement
of construction per approved set of plans, keeping the client
involved in all phases of construction
Predrywall Meeting - Homeowner is orientatedon the building of
their home before drywall is installed. All options and locations are verified at this meeting.
Project Finalization - Completion of work and
obtaining the certificate of occupancy.
Initial Homeowner Orientation - Homeowner walks
home with a construction manager once the home is completed to
verify that it is complete to their satisfaction. Any issues will
be addressed within 5 days.
Final Homeowner Orientation - The client is
orientated on the home, familiarize of proper homeowner maintenance
procedures, and and verify all issues are complete to the homeowners
satisfaction.
Deliver Complete As-Built Drawings - Provide
complete and accurate as-built drawings to the client, along with
all instructions and warranties
