 Site Survey - Your project
begins with a comprehensive site analysis including intended site
options, layout, landscape, site elevation, drainage, soil type,
in-ground support, and engineering aspects.
Estimate - An estimate
including all specifications such as colors, patterns, and optional
add-ins, and allowances are submitted to the client for review.
Contract - Client goes
to contract when all parties agree on costs and specifications
and permitting is initiated.
Excavation - We assess
the property, dig out the area necessary, and begin shaping the
ground according to your specifications.
Forming - Walls are
formed around the pool with steel grid construction. This is the
outline of the actual pool.
Pouring - Once inspections
are passed, concrete is poured to provide the surface necessary
for the interior design of your pool.
Decking and Coping -
Application of the deck to the coping surrounding the pool making
sure the transition between the two is acceptable.
Final Touches - Completion
of all add-ons and insertion of water
Orientation - Once complete,
we explain the operation of the pool to you, water is clean and
balanced, and ready for swimming.
